Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

FUNCTIE EISEN- EN WENSEN:

What Do You Bring to the Table?

We’re looking for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and committed to customer satisfaction.

• Tarief is all-in maximaal €40,- exclusief BTW;
• Must live within one hour of our Eindhoven office.
• Basic knowledge of business IT processes and technologies (experience in IT is a must-have).
• Vocational or bachelor’s degree in IT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of- and/or experience in the banking/insurance sector is a plus.

You Are:

• A team player with a customer-focused mindset.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Proactive and ready to go above and beyond to deliver results.
• Experienced in customer interaction via phone and written communication.
• Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and results-oriented.
